Day of Your Appointment
On the day of your appointment, please bring your identification and insurance information. Also be prepared to pay any co-pay or deductible applicable to your insurance plan. Our staff can assist you before your arrival in determining what your payment responsibility may be.
Upon your arrival, a front office specialist will collect your previously prepared paperwork or provide you with any forms needed to get you checked in quickly. A back office specialist will call for you as soon as possible and will also help keep you informed as to any wait time beyond 20 minutes. If you’ve been waiting for 20 minutes without an update or offer to see a different provider, please bring this to the attention of the front office staff. Your time is valuable, and we want to do everything possible to limit your waiting time. Unfortunately, things happen that derail our schedules.
However, we also realize things come up with you as well and you may need to reschedule your appointment. As soon as you’re aware that you will not be able to keep your appointment time, please let us know so another patient can be seen during this time. We’ll be happy to help find you another time that fits best for you.
